The range of SEMO machines is based
on years of experience in the field of processing equipment for glass, lead
crystal and hard materials as well as a perfect knowledge of working conditions
with diamond and conventional abrasives.
Description
:
The S60 is formed by a lower frame welded to a casing shape in order to
offer optimal rigidity. The upper part is made of polypropylene (PP) for an
agreeable contact, working silence and absence of oxidation. The machine
configuration and external dimensions have been designed to enable a
user-friendly working position.
In order to warranty a perfect function of the diamond abrasives with
any bonding material, the surfacing wheel assembly is formed by a shaft (Æ
An electronic speed variator adapter for an electronic progressive speed
regulating between 300 and 1000 t./min. allows the use of the S60 in the
optimal conditions according to the used abrasive and to the type of work.

The lateral draining board facilitates the installation of large / heavy
pieces and offers the possibility of storing articles almost achieved. The
cooling water is sprayed using an easily adjustable hose. The quantity of
cooling liquid is adjustable using an easily accessible valve.
An optional stainless steel recovery tray allows the use of our additives
SD17, SD18, SD19, which have been developed especially for the lubrication of
our diamond abrasives.
The tool holding adaptor is made of machined steel, for a high
positioning accuracy. The compact dimensions of the S60 facilitate the tool
change. The tray collects the cooling fluid. A PP stop bar enables end position
work.

Description
:
The
work table, which is grooved to offer enough space for the sawing disk, is made
of cast iron, so that it is characterized by exceptional rigidity. The movement
is made on rollers equipped with optimally dimensioned ball bearings.
The
stainless steel guiding rails are protected against glass particles and water
projections by sturdy protection guards, also made of stainless steel. The
lateral access to the machine enables easy maintenance. The profile of the
guiding rails as well as the holding rollers allow a high degree of position
accuracy and easy movements.

T40 is supplied with a stainless steel protection hood dimensioned for disks Æ 400 and

stability. The sawing head height adjustment makes it possible to cut articles
